This hybrid training will cover concepts primarily from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to illustrated the inter-connectedness between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how a cognitive approach to self-care can be developed and utilized in conjunction with other aspects of our self-care plan. This training is not intended to provide clinical techniques. It is overview of how self-application of these concepts can contribute to our self-care.
