Our Approach
Strategic planning is the process an organization or team carries out to address needs or strengthen operations/programming by setting priorities and refocusing energy and resources. Strategic planning ensures that all involved are working toward common goals and reaching agreement around intended outcomes/results.
Our approach to strategic planning is structured, yet flexible. We utilize tools and facilitate processes such as internal and external environment analysis, SWOT analysis, priority setting, strategy selection and retreat facilitation. The result is a practical plan to fulfill the organization’s mission and accomplish its goals.
