Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Community of Practice
The purpose of this CoP is to promote and support the successful implementation of an integrated MAT approach in health care settings. Practices interested in initiating or expanding MAT services will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and information and share experiences with other MAT settings.

2020 Meeting Schedule:  April 9, June 11

All meetings are typically held from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm at the NH Hospital Association (125 Airport Road, Concord, NH)

Training and technical assistance is provided by experienced MAT providers.

Medication Assisted Treatment Crosswalk: This crosswalk was created by the UNH Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Citizens Health Initiative and the NH Center for Excellence to identify similarities and differences in medication assisted treatment (MAT) best practice recommendations through cross reference of the NH MAT Guidance Document and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) 63.
